PID Controller - A nice option for those looking to adjust temperature for different roast profiles and blends. One-Piece - The new case-integrated cup rail is a satisfyingly clean-cut design boon over the plastic rails of its predecessor, the Cellini.
Cons	Hot Water Wand - The articulated hot water wand pulls directly from the steam boiler, which means ultra-hot water right in your cup. Cup Rails - Better lines aside, the Mozzafiato's cup rail cannot be removed. Make sure to measure your cabinets!
