Encased in bright stainless steel, the boiler-heated group and substantial steam boiler offer piping hot shots and perfectly frothed milk (at the same time!). This pressurized prowess is aided by the Type V's low-profile PID controller, which offers easy access to temperature adjustments and neatly tucks away behind the drip tray when not in use.

Pros	Understated - The new one-piece panel and cup rail gives the Rocket lineup an aesthetically clean look. PID Controller - The hidden PID behind the drip tray keeps the classic look of the machine, while adding a nice update in functionality.
Cons	Spluttering Hot Water - The water wand hooks right into the steam boiler, and practically spits out superheated water.
How Does it Compare?	The Mozzafiato—'breathtaking' in Italian—takes the place of the Cellini in Rocket's lineup. It features integrated cup rails, new, tapered feet and a wrapped boiler over the previous model.
Tips and Tricks	Make sure to measure your cabinets before ordering! Especially short cabinetry and the Mozzafiato won't jive well (since the integrated cup rails add an inch to the height of the machine).
